The evaluation process of the National Award for Organizational Excellence in 1402 of Sharifabad Agriculture and Industry Company was carried out
With the presence of the evaluators of the Organizational Excellence Center in Sharif Abad Kisht and Sanat Company, on January 23rd, the evaluation took place at the farm site and on January 24th and 25th, 1402, at the central office of this company.
According to the company’s public relations report, in the continuation of the process of participating in the National Award for Organizational Excellence in 1402 and holding stages such as compilation of statements, self-evaluation and compilation of improvement projects, the National Center for Organizational Excellence was present.
At this stage, which is done after sending the declaration and self-evaluations, the secretariat of the National Center for Organizational Excellence determined the evaluation team and provided a copy of the declaration to the evaluator team. After a detailed study of the declaration, the evaluation team, in coordination with the organization, visited the central office of Sharifabad Agriculture and Sanat Company and evaluated the processes of the company in different departments and at the end held a meeting for review and consensus.
It should be noted that the company received a one-star award in last year’s evaluation and this year it is planning to receive a two-star award.
