Iranian lactic cheese with a weight of one kilogram, produced by Sharif Abad company, is presented to the consumers as an original and addicting product with a heritage of taste and history. This traditional lactic cheese is produced from fresh milk as the main ingredient, which facilitates the cooking process and cheese formation by using starter, a type of lactic yeast, and rennet enzyme. Also, by adding salt to the product, it improves the taste and composition.

 

After the production process, the cheese is ripened in salt water and then placed in polyethylene packages with Sharifabad brand. This packaging works as an effective tool in terms of maintaining the quality and freshness of cheese. This type of packaging assures consumers that the original traditional lactic cheese, which is ripened in salt water and delivered to them in polyethylene packaging, is completely fresh and of good quality, offering them good nutritional value.
