Sharifabad Agriculture and Industry Company is one of the largest and most reputable industrial producers in the country. In addition to producing healthy products and respecting the rights and effectively managing the interests of all its stakeholders, “shareholders, employees, suppliers, and customers,” it plays an effective role in the country’s food security and promoting and developing related technologies and knowledge-based production in the country as a leading production unit in the livestock and agricultural industry.<\/span><\/p>

We, the employees of Sharifabad Agriculture and Industry Company, have found the opportunity to serve, learn, and gain experience in this company. We are intelligently trying to have scientific and knowledge-based production by improving production efficiency and asset productivity, and by using the capacity of all professors in the field of animal and agricultural sciences, we can be diligent in maintaining the genetic pool and producing healthy products. Also, by optimally managing water and input consumption, we will be among the top 5 producers in the country in the ratio of product produced to the amount of water consumed in all animal, agricultural, and horticultural products, and based on climate change and drought in recent years, we will change production strategies based on knowledge. To achieve the set goals, the employees of Sharifabad Agriculture and Industry Company are committed to providing their best performance “as a coordinated and integrated team in every job position” and to have an economic production by using all scientific potential, because we believe that scientific work is sustainable and does not waste resources and gives us an acceptable output. Sharifabad’s agriculture and industry is actually a production chain that we must improve so that our production can be more easily available to the people.<\/span><\/p>
